Mr. K. Seetha Ram: Director
Profile: Retired as Corporate General Manager (Sales) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation. Has been an accredited trainer in the corporation after undergoing a series of programs through ISISD, ISABS, IIM (A) programs in HRD. He holds a post-graduate diploma from the Atlanta Institute of Management. Psychometrics, personality profiling and counselling are his forte. An Engineer by qualification, Marketing-man by profession but HRD is a passion. Mr. Seetha Ram has been working as a Consultant to major HR companies like TMI Network, Middle Earth Consultants etc. He has undertaken training programs for major corporate companies like Cognizant Technologies, BPL Mobile, SkyCell, etc; He brings his twenty two years of training and management experience to our organization.
Mr. V. Chellappan Iyer, Chief Mentor:
Profile: Mr. Iyer retired from service; after a rich and varied experience with major PSUs' like BHEL (16 years), NTPC (12 years) and later on with private sector giants like Gujarat Ambuja Cement Ltd. (2 years) and finally as Vice-President with Aditya Birla Group (8 years). He was a member of Federation of Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka, representing AV Birla Group.
He has conducted many training programs on Communication skills, leadership traits, TQM, etc., in India and abroad. He is a trainer/consultant for many industries in the Gulf region. He is also a visiting faculty to many Management Institutes. He is a M. Tech in Industrial Engg. and Management from JNTU, Hyderabad.
Mr. S. Vinay Wardhan, Director:
Profile: He has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, working for major Indian companies. He has had successful stints with Zenith Computers, Pertech Computers Ltd.(PCL), Faxtel Systems I Ltd., ITNation.com and his last assignment was as Marketing Manager (All-India) for Magnus Institute (Sister Concern of ICFAI). He is an engineer by qualification.
For the past six years, he has developed into a fine trainer in Career-enablement areas. Having always felt a need to serve the community at large and the Students community in particular, he is the prime mover behind Career Path.
Mrs. T R Uma Maheshwari:
Profile: She has over 18 years work experience as a software professional. Working in companies such as NIIT, Magna Infotech and Effigent, She has served in software design, development, implementation; consulting, training and project management, helping organizations succeed in achieving their IT initiatives.
Her special focus areas of training are in Communication, Leadership and Team Building, which she conducts as workshops for many corporate clients.
She is a qualified Psychologist and She holds a graduate degree in Mathematics from Madras University She has completed Diploma in French at the Alliance Francoise.
K. Ranjini, B. Sc (Computer Science);
Profile: Ranjini is a result-oriented management professional offering more than 13 years of experience with expertise in the field of Program Management, Training and Quality. Ranjini has worked with Deloitte, Ivy Comptech, Call World and Tips Infotech enabling her to acquire different skills pertaining to Program Management, Training and Quality. Her last assignment was Asst. Manager, Deloitte India.
She is an inspiring trainer with rich experience in Soft skills, process stabilization and Training with strong man management skills. She is highly talented in articulating and conducting interactive sessions.
Ranjini is also involved in a lot of adventures activities like trekking, rappelling, bungee jumping, river rafting, skiing and paragliding.

HR professional for 16 years; having worked for Solix Enterprise Solutions, iGate Technologies, Convergys Information Management

T R Ganesh, MBA:
33 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Has retired as Deputy General Manager [HR] from National Thermal Power Corp Ltd (NTPC), Hyderabad.
He is a visiting faculty to IGNOU, Institute of Public Enterprises (IPE), Osmania University, Engineering colleges and Management schools. He has addressed more than 20000 students of Engineering colleges, business school, etc. associated as faculty for the programs organised by BHEL, Powergrid, NTPC, STC, NMDC, Nagarjuna group of companies, ISRO, etc
Mr. Amarnath Rao, M. Sc (Statistics)
Chief Knowledge Catalyst at MIND MATTERS, SECUNDERABAD in his personal capacity. He is a Certified LAW OF ATTRACTION trainer. He has 36 years of IT experience, and 7 years of CSR and Training experience.
This includes organizations like ECIL, Hyderabad; FAR EAST COMPUTERS, SINGAPORE; TATA ELXSI, IMR Global where he had worked from trainee to Vice President marketing, at various levels. Later he was the MD/CEO of IQ INFONET, a Software company in Bangalore. In 2007, March, he retired from active career and joined a CSR initiative, Byrraju Foundation, COD, Hyderabad to serve the society. He was also the CSI Chairman of Bangalore branch and he was the Treasurer of NHRD.
Dr. Mikkilineni Narasimha, B.Tech, PGDHRM, PGDFE, MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D; Consultant:
Dr. M. Narasimha is the founder and the Director of Leo Academy for Competitive Exams, which was started in 2006-07 at Hyderabad. He graduated with Bachelors of Technology from G.Pulla Reddy Engg College, Kurnool. He started his career as a Trainer in Aptitude. He worked for many organizations as a trainer for about 3 to 4 years.
He is the sole aptitude trainer in India and one among a very few in the world, with a doctorate in aptitude. He researched on aptitude and its effects on evolution of human intelligence, causes for the development of aptitude in a person in relation with his/her childhood and present environments and the effects of aptitude on perception of a person.
- He is the only author in aptitude from South India. He is the author of “Manual for Aptitude”, which is the only book in the Indian market that is mainly focused on Campus Recruitment Tests.
- He delivers sessions on aptitude everyday across AP as well as in other states like Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh etc. He was awarded “The Best Trainer” multiple times.
